About Blend Elphistone Resort

Blend Elphistone Resort sits on the seafront in Abu Dabbab, north of Marsa Alam. It has a private beach, four outdoor pools, a dive center, a spa and a gym. You will find four restaurants, three bars and a nightclub. The front desk is open around the clock, and Wi-Fi is free everywhere.

Location

The resort is in Abu Dabbab, 25 km north of the town of Marsa Alam. Marsa Alam airport is 37 km away, a 30-minute drive. An airport taxi is available on request, at extra cost. El Bedouin, a café in a Bedouin tent, is 1.2 km away.

Elphinstone Reef is 9.6 km away as the crow flies, off the coast.

Rooms

Rooms have air conditioning, satellite TV, a minibar and a desk. Each one has a balcony or a terrace. The private bathroom has a hairdryer.

Dining

Breakfast is a buffet, with continental, English, vegetarian, halal and gluten-free options. Fenti serves international cuisine as a buffet, and Sofra serves Middle Eastern grills. By the pool, Hush Burger makes burgers.

Leisure

The four pools are open year-round, with a swim-up bar, and one of them is heated. Children have their own pool and outdoor games. The spa offers a hammam, sauna, hot tub and massages, at extra cost.

The resort also has a gym, a tennis court, aerobics classes, darts and table tennis. In the evening there is entertainment, karaoke and the Coco Loco nightclub. Billiards and horseback riding cost extra.
